About Us

Step 0 - The Walkthrough. This helps us to gauge how soiled the carpet is, what areas need the most attention and what cleaning products we need to use to ensure the best results.

Step 1 - Pre-Vacuuming. All areas that will be cleaned will be vacuumed to remove any dry soil. Also when we do this it allows us to see any spots we missed during the walk-through due to the carpet pile hiding them. This also goes for hard surfaces.

Step 2 - Pre Spraying & Spot Spraying. All areas being cleaned will be pre treated with a specific solution depending on the job. But before that happens we will also apply individual treatment to any spot that my need a different solution. All products we use are eco-friendly and safe around children, family and pets!

Step 3 - The Extraction Process. This is where all the magic happens. We extract all soil, spots and spills after the solution has had some time to dwell. If we are cleaning carpet we'll almost always use are Low Moisture process where we use polyester / cotton blend bonnets with our buffer to extract the soil, traffic, dirt and spots. Each pad has built in agitation strips throughout allowing it to loosen up soils and extract them at the same time. Depending on what the carpets condition is we will use different styles of bonnets and depending on how high the soil levels are we will use multiple pads accordingly. Ultimately this step extracts the soil and helps remove left over moisture so those dry times are super fast.. and on top of all that when spots are gone THEY ARE GONE. The way we clean tile, grout and other surfaces is somewhat similar with exception of this step (see services page for more information on each cleaning).

Step 4 - Grooming & Deodorization. Lastly once all soil, traffic, dirt and spots have been removed we will deodorize each room that has been cleaned and groom the carpet with are carpet rake. This step stands the carpet fibers up helping dry times as well as allowing you to fully see the carpet in its entirety.
